Love in Steps, Love in Action -

WFC 2022 Charity Games officially kicked off

Beijing World Financial Center (wfc) and the Amity Foundation launched the “Love in Steps” charity project on July 5, 2022. Underscoring its commitment to giving back to communities, wfc hosted the fun activations with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in sports. “Love in Steps” created an original and unique urban sports competition with the aim to encourage its building tenants to take responsibility and create good for their communities.

wfc’s first “Love in Steps” Charity Games was held in two stages, individual and group competitions, over the course of 11 days. Participants were engaged in creative interactive sports – from badminton to VR skiing – that challenged them athletically and mentally. Through the charity and by encouraging participants to donate, wfc was enabled to improve the athletic facilities of 10 rural primary schools in Sichuan province.

wfc will continue to empower and motivate tenants by working alongside them and providing opportunities for real change within communities. wfc strives to help others in need and give opportunities for genuine growth and systemic change that focuses on public welfare.
